Karol’s Empanadas was born from family, tradition, and a deep love for bringing people together through food.
Growing up, some of my favorite memories were spent in my grandmother’s bakery in Argentina. Every summer, we would visit family, and I loved helping behind the counter, serving customers and sneaking bites of fresh, warm facturas straight from the tray. Those moments shaped my love for food and the joy it can bring to people.
What started years later as cooking for friends, church gatherings, and small events slowly grew into something more. People would take a bite and say, “You need to sell these.” And little by little, that’s exactly what we began to do.
Today, Karol’s Empanadas is a family-owned business based in Orange County, focused on handcrafted empanadas made from scratch with quality ingredients and authentic flavors. Every empanada is prepared with care in a certified commercial kitchen, blending traditional Argentine roots with a Southern California touch.
But more than anything, this business is about community. It’s about showing up, serving people, and creating moments where families gather, friends connect, and food becomes part of the memory.
